Don’t Read While Eating / Gross Content Ahead

I dream that my Gran comes over for lunch and she’s wearing a tank top, a mini skirt and high heels. She’s also dyed her gray hair dark brown. She explains that now she’s vaccinated she wants to live life to its fullest! I’m both amused and uncomfortable.

After lunch we sit to watch a Ben Stiller movie. He’s depressed because his girlfriend left him for another woman. He joins a theater group, they’re on stage with a magical gnome that looks like a dog but is a person. The gnome’s face gets grumpier and grumpier, he starts shivering and finally explodes covering the whole stage with poop. Ben Stiller yells,

I have shit on my teeth!

False Nostalgia

I dream that I’m watching a movie sequel based on an old TV series, something Canadian, Green Gables-like. The actors are older now, adults, the main character has strawberry blonde hair. I go to youtube and listen to the old opening song of the TV series, it makes me so emotional I cry. The lyrics are in Japanese for some reason.

Then I dream to go to the 30th birthday party of an old schoolmate. Her house is on top of a hill, I climb there and she’s older but still beautiful. Why didn’t I ever date her? I wonder. She puts some disgusting food in my mouth and I remember: oh, that’s why. I wash and wash my mouth but the horrible flavor won’t go away.
